How do I restore my unlock?

On the home screen, tap Grown-ups and answer the grown-ups question, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with. On iPhone and iPad, Family Sharing also opens the whole zoo for up to six people in your family group.

What does the unlock include?

All 40 levels of Sunny Savannah are free, with their stickers. One purchase opens the whole zoo: the other five worlds, their 200 puzzles and their stickers, and every world we add later. There are no subscriptions, coins or boosters, and nothing else to buy.

Where is my child's progress kept?

Only on the device, in the game's own storage. There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to, and the game sends nothing anywhere. To start again, open Grown-ups and choose Reset progress. Deleting the game deletes its progress; the unlock comes back with Restore purchases.

Why does the game ask a grown-up question?

The purchase, Restore purchases, Reset progress and the only two links in the game sit behind a times-table question written in words, so young players cannot open them by accident. After three wrong answers it pauses for a minute.

I cannot hear anything.

Check the device's volume and, on iPhone and iPad, the ring and silent switch. Then check Settings in the game, where music and sound effects each have their own switch.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: via Apple's Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com), or through Google Play's own refund process (play.google.com).
