How do I restore my unlock?

On the home screen, tap Grown-ups and answer the grown-ups question, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with. On iPhone and iPad, Family Sharing also opens the game for everyone in your family group.

How do I move my zoo to a new phone or tablet?

On your old device, open Grown-ups and tap Back up progress, then send the file to yourself. On the new device, open Grown-ups and tap Restore progress from a file. Stars, stickers, saved zoos and animal names all come across. Your unlock comes back with Restore purchases.

What does the unlock include?

All eight worlds and their 40 levels, every Stroll map, every Dream Zoo theme and the whole Sticker Book. Meadow Farm, the Meadow Stroll map, the Daily Zoo and Dream Zoo's Meadow theme are free. It is one purchase, with no adverts and nothing else to buy.

Why does the game ask a grown-up question?

Buying, restoring, sharing a postcard, backups and resetting progress sit behind a short multiplication question, so young players cannot open them by accident. After three wrong answers it pauses for a minute.

I cannot hear anything.

On iPhone and iPad, check the ring and silent switch: when it is set to silent, the game is quiet too. Then check Settings in the game, where music, sound effects and Pip's voice each have their own switch.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: via Apple's Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com), or through Google Play's own refund process (play.google.com).
