Who We Are

Lydex Solutions Ltd is a small app development studio based in England. We build mobile games and educational apps — the kind of software we would want to use ourselves and feel good about putting in front of our own children.

What We Do

We are currently working on two apps: Mills Through Time, a strategy board game that brings Nine Men's Morris to life across historical eras, and SpellStar, a gamified spelling app for UK primary school children aligned with national curriculum word lists.

Our Approach

Privacy first. We don't collect personal data, don't use analytics or tracking, and don't serve ads. If data stays on the device, it can't be misused.
No ads, ever. Our apps are funded by fair one-time purchases or affordable subscriptions — not by selling attention.
Fair pricing. Free tiers that are genuinely useful, with paid upgrades that are worth the price.
Small team, high standards. We take the time to get things right, focusing on quality over quantity.
