Wildfold privacy policy

Who we are
Wildfold is made by Lydex Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17117278). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC112933). You can contact us at lydexsolutions@gmail.com.
The short version
Wildfold collects no personal data. The app sends nothing to us or to anyone else. Your reserves, scores, journal and settings stay on your device.
What stays on your device
Your game progress, saved runs, settings, achievements, the player name you choose for duel codes, and any duel codes you add to your leagues are stored only on your device. You can delete all of it at any time in Settings, using "Delete all data on this device", or by deleting the app. If you make a backup file, it is saved only where you choose to save it.
Duel codes
When you choose to share a duel code, your device's share sheet opens a message you can read first. It contains the player name you chose, your score and a code describing the map. You send it yourself, through the app you pick. We never receive it.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details or your store account. The app asks the store only whether you own the full game, and remembers the answer on your device.
If you choose to rate Wildfold, Apple or Google handles that under their own privacy policies; we never see who rated it.
Age information
In some places the law requires apps to check the age range that the app store holds for your account. Where that applies, Wildfold reads it on your device, uses it only so purchases follow the store's own approval process, keeps it only while the app is open, and never stores or sends it.
The web version
The web version of Wildfold uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and makes no requests to other websites. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses and times) for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify anyone.
Children
Wildfold is designed for people aged 13 and over, and it collects no personal data from anyone.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data. Because Wildfold holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete, but you are always welcome to contact us with any question. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
