Go to Settings, then Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used for the original purchase.

How do I move everything to a new phone?

On your old phone, go to Settings and choose Export Data, then send yourself the file. On your new phone, go to Settings and choose Import Data. Everything comes across: progress, streaks, profiles and characters.

Tips for scanning printed puzzles.

Use good, even light and flatten the page, filling the frame with the puzzle. Then drag the four corner handles tightly to the grid. Check any highlighted cells on the verify screen before you start; you can correct them with a tap.

How do share codes and QR challenges work?

Finish a puzzle and choose Share, or share a challenge before playing from the puzzle screen. Friends can open the link, scan the QR code, or paste the code under Enter Friend Code. There are no accounts and no internet play; codes carry only the puzzle, a name, a character and, for results, a time.

What does Premium include?

Premium includes the Clockwork and Celestial ages, the Mirror Age bonus world, the daily archive, every Time Challenge circuit, the full character wardrobe and lifetime statistics. It is one purchase, yours forever.

Refunds
