How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. It also works after reinstalling or on a new device.

Can my family share the full game?

On iPhone and iPad, yes: the full game works with Family Sharing, so everyone in your Apple family group can restore it on their own devices. Google Play does not share in-app purchases between family members.

What do I get for free?

The first three ages of history (1,200 puzzles), the daily puzzle with streaks, Little Grids, the Bronze circuit, every lesson and the handbook, Snap & Solve, sharing and challenges, Versus, three profiles and 30 days of stats. Free for good, with no ads.

What does the full game add?

The Clockwork Age, The Celestial Age and The Mirror Age, the daily archive, the Silver and Gold circuits, every outfit, unlimited profiles and lifetime stats. Pay once, keep everything: every world we add later is included.

Do I need to be online?

No. Everything works offline. You only need a connection to buy or restore the full game.

How do I back up or move my progress?

Settings has backup and export options. Your progress lives on your device, so make a backup before changing phones.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a profile and its progress in Settings, Manage profiles, or delete the app to remove everything stored on your device. To delete the anonymous purchase record, email us.

Snap & Solve can't read my puzzle.

Use good, even light, hold the page flat, and fit the whole grid inside the frame. You can correct any cell before you start.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.1 or later, and Android phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or later. On tablets the game works in portrait and landscape.

Is there a version in Japan?

Not at the moment.
