How do I unlock the full studio?

In the app, go to Help, then Grown-ups, answer the multiplication, and choose The full studio. It's one payment, yours forever, with no subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device or after reinstalling?

Help, then Grown-ups, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.

Can my family share it?

On iPhone and iPad, yes: the full studio works with Family Sharing (family members tap Restore purchases). Google Play doesn't allow in-app purchases to be shared through Family Library, so on Android each account needs its own purchase.

Is the web version really free?

Yes. Everything in the web version is free, with no accounts and no adverts.

Where are my child's puppets saved?

Only on the device (or in the browser, for the web version). We never receive them. That also means they can't be recovered if the app is deleted, so save favourites as pictures or GIFs from the Export button.

How do I delete everything?

Delete puppets inside the app, or delete the app. For the web version, clear your browser's site data for Pixel Puppets.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, iPad, Android phones and Android tablets, in any orientation, plus modern web browsers.

Why does saving a picture ask a grown-up question?

So that children don't send pictures out of the app without a grown-up knowing.
