What is free?

Every game's first chapter and its daily puzzle are free forever. You can play all eight games without paying anything.

What can I buy?

Each game on its own, or the whole valley at once. If you already own one or two games, you can unlock the rest of the valley for less; the app shows the choices that apply to you. Everything we add to a game you own is yours too. Nothing else is ever for sale.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. Every offer card has the same button.

Can my family share my games?

On iPhone and iPad, yes: every purchase is shared through Apple's Family Sharing. Google Play does not allow in-app purchases to be shared, so on Android each account buys its own.

Do I need the internet?

No. Every game, every daily puzzle and every endless mode works offline. Only buying and restoring need a connection.

Will my music or podcast keep playing?

Yes. Ottermouth's sound mixes with other apps and never pauses them. Music and effects have separate volume sliders in Settings.

How do I delete my progress?

Settings, Reset progress, for one game or for everything. Deleting the app also removes everything it stored. We hold nothing about you to delete.

Pieces are hard to see.

Try Settings: a larger text size and High contrast work in every game. Glaze has Tile marks and Dim blocked tiles; Lantern Coast has a four-colour deck and large cards; Sampler, Walled Garden and Postcard have zoom buttons.

Can I play with a screen reader?

Every button and setting is labelled. Glaze, Sampler, Hedgerow, Lantern Coast and Larder can be played with VoiceOver or TalkBack. Walled Garden, Postcard and Lockside are picture puzzles and need sight to play.

Which devices are supported?

iPhones and iPads running a recent iOS or iPadOS, and recent Android phones and tablets (the exact minimum version is shown on each store page). Tablets work in any orientation and in split or resized windows.

I'm stuck.

Every game has free, unlimited hints and undo, and calm mode has no way to lose. Every puzzle can be solved without guessing.
