Nine Men's Morris Through Time is developed and published by Lydex Solutions Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what the app handles (in short: no personal data, and one anonymous purchase record) and how it operates.

Data Collection

Nine Men's Morris Through Time does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No personal information is requested or recorded
• No account creation is required
• No gameplay analytics or telemetry are collected
• No crash reports are sent
• No advertising identifier is read, and nothing is used to track you across other apps or websites
• No cookies or similar tracking technologies are used

Your games, progress and settings are stored only on your device. The one thing that leaves it is the anonymous purchase check described below.

Third-Party Services

Nine Men's Morris Through Time uses one third-party service: RevenueCat, which manages the in-app purchase on our behalf. Each time the app opens with a connection, it asks RevenueCat whether the premium unlock has been bought.

RevenueCat receives a random identifier it creates for this copy of the app, the purchase record from Apple or Google if you buy or restore the unlock (the product, the date, the price and the store's transaction number), and basic technical details such as the device model, the operating system version, the app version and the language. On iPhone, requests also carry the identifier Apple gives each app maker for a device (identifierForVendor). None of this contains your name, email address, Apple or Google account, or advertising identifier.

It is used only to confirm and restore your purchase and to show us simple purchase totals. It is never used for advertising or tracking, never sold, and never shared with anyone else. The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics or telemetry frameworks and no other third-party services. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Internet Connectivity

Nine Men's Morris Through Time does not need an internet connection: every part of the game works offline. When a connection is available, the app makes the purchase check above when it opens, and contacts RevenueCat again only when you buy or restore the unlock. It makes no other network requests.

Advertising

The app contains no advertisements of any kind.

In-App Purchases

Nine Men's Morris Through Time offers an optional one-time premium unlock through the App Store and Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google and is subject to their own privacy policies. Lydex Solutions never receives or stores your payment details. To validate the purchase and enable "Restore Purchases" across your devices, we use RevenueCat (see Third-Party Services above), which never receives personal data.

Children's Privacy

Because Nine Men's Morris Through Time collects no personal data, it is safe for users of all ages. The only information involved is the anonymous purchase record and technical details described above, which contain nothing that identifies a person. No special provisions for children's data are necessary.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We hold nothing that identifies you. If you would like the purchase record kept by RevenueCat deleted, email us with the order number from your Apple or Google receipt and we will delete it; your unlock stays with your Apple or Google account and comes back with Restore Purchases. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
